“While each provider was kind, this visit took me 1.5 hours. I’ve never had an annual checkup take more than 45 minutes. After entering, I waited about 15 minutes to be seen. Then, I was put in an exam room. After my exam, I was sent back to the waiting room for 15-20 mins. Then, I was put in the ultrasound room. After that, I was sent back to the waiting room for 30 mins. Then, I was put back with the doctor to get my ultrasound results. Then, I was sent back to the waiting room AGAIN for 15 minutes. Finally, I was brought to the phlebotomy room. If you can’t see patients in a timely manner for each part of the visit, then don’t book so many patients. Nobody should be waiting for the vast majority of their time at an office. Then, they ask me to return in 2 weeks for a recheck. A recheck for what? Test results can be sent virtually or via phone call, and I was already informed of my ultrasound results. I didn’t receive new treatment. They just want your money! Don’t waste your time.”

“Best GYN office I’ve been to in so long. The doctor and all her staff were so sweet and welcoming. I had so much anxiety since I didn’t have a good experience with my old doctor but this experience was just so comforting and they were very thorough and made sure I got everything I needed done. Thank you so much!”

made me wait more than an hour even though I had an appointment multiple occasions and I didn't even get my blood work from the last appointment since there wasn't enough time

Horrific office experience. I was truly shocked - this felt like a farm. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff and they wouldn’t let you start your appointment until you did the urinalysis.. which has no impact on the appointment. Clearly a tactic to get more people in the door and have them waiting. DO NOT GO HERE

I’m fastidious about selecting my doctors, especially a new doctor, so when I booked an appointment with Dr. Saam Miller, and found out last minute that I was scheduled with Aimee Goldmann (NP) at the same practice instead, I was frustrated by the switch. That said, the office was easy to find and navigate, the staff were easygoing and helpful, and Ms. Goldmann herself was totally wonderful. She made me feel at ease and answered my questions, and we planned next steps together. I didn’t feel like I was missing anything. I look forward to coming to see Aimee again. (Also, she called me darling in a very reassuring way, which I just found really endearing. The opposite of a sterile medical interaction.)

Came 10 min early, waited for 95 minutes to be seen. I don’t even know why they bother booking you when it’s clearly first comes first served.
The staff is not necessarily rude but not politer either. They all seem slightly inconvenienced by your presence.

I felt rushed, it was my first pap smear. No one talked me through it to make sure i was okay. My stomach hurts now. She was very fast and rough. I felt like i could’ve been more relaxed and comfortable before starting. Also she kept telling me she couldn’t find my pharmacy. With that being said my medications are not at the right pharmacy. Overall, the staff and everyone else was nice. The doctor however, i felt like she was rushing me out. Im 20 and a NEWLY sexually active person. She could’ve been more caring of my situation. She was very rough with the pap smear and she made my first experience kind of scary.
