I have worked to help clients through a multitude of mental health and family issues with special emphasis on stress; anxiety; relationship issues; trauma and abuse; sleeping problems and nightmares; and military specific issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
