I'm committed to providing person-centered, culturally appropriate, and evidence-based treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically do a 45–55-minute initial consultation where I will perform a comprehensive evaluation of client's needs and formulate a working diagnosis and individualized treatment plan. I also do follow up and medication management. Follow-up is typically a 20–30-minute appointment where I meet with client to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment plan, provide education and offer recommendations or referrals as needed.
