“Dr. Keefer is one of the most intuitive, caring, knowledgeable care providers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She makes you feel seen, heard, and more than that helps you heal. I’m so lucky to have found her early on in my endo diagnosis. She was with me every step and has gone far and above to develop tailored care. My sciatic pain has decreased. My depression is down, and more than that I FEEL better and more mobile than I have in years. If you’re on the fence, or if you’re overwhelmed about finding quality care, stop looking- you couldn’t possibly find better care than Dr.Keefer, not only that but aligned takes insurance. Aireal made me feel so heard and validated all of my concerns. She was personal and made my pain go away in a matter of minutes. I am so grateful that providers like her still exist!

This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor and Dr. Keefer calmed all of my anxieties. She was highly personable and allowed me space to ask any and all questions I had, along with taking all of my concerns seriously. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I have already passed along her name to some friends of mine.

Dr. Keefer was great! This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor so I was nervous but she explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand and helped put my mind at ease. On top of that, I left feeling fantastic, I can’t believe it took me this long to go. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Aireal Keefer is absolutely amazing! I started seeing her during my pregnancy, and her care has made such a difference. She takes the time to listen and really pays attention to every detail, which made me feel so supported and safe throughout this journey. Her gentle, thoughtful adjustments have helped relieve my back and hip pain, improved my sleep, and even made me feel more balanced overall. You can tell she's passionate about what she does! She truly cares about helping her patients feel their best, especially expectant moms like me. I’m so grateful to have found her!
