Burnout, relationship strain, and big life transitions rarely show up on their own. They tend to surface alongside bigger questions: who you are, what’s expected of you, and how much of yourself you’ve had to set aside just to keep things running. I work with adults, and especially with women and women-identifying folks, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and couples concerns, career and professional stress, immigration or multicultural experiences, codependency, and burnout. Many of my clients are introspective, curious about their own patterns, and interested in understanding how the systems around them, family and cultural expectations, gender roles, and the pressures of modern life and work, shape what they carry. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic and person-centered work, mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailored to what each client needs. I often help clients notice the connection between what’s happening in the body and long-standing patterns of pushing through or suppressing difficult emotions, and to approach that with curiosity instead of avoidance. Therapy with me is supportive, listening-focused, and above all, human. I’m warm, curious, and genuinely interested in getting to know you and how you came to be who you are. I’ll meet you where you are, and I’ll also challenge you when I think it could help. My goal is to make space for honesty, for the messy stuff, in a judgment-free room where we figure things out together. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in a different career, so I understand firsthand what it feels like to sit with a career or identity crisis. That experience shapes how I show up with clients navigating their own transitions, with patience, curiosity, and real understanding of how disorienting change can be. If you’re ready to slow down, get curious about your own patterns, and build something more sustainable, I’d be glad to work alon
