I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience providing patient-centered care. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges and improve their mental well-being.
I treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. I believe the best care begins with listening. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing your concerns.

Wow!! I had a great experience with my depression treatment. She was compassionate, understanding, and took the time to listen to my concerns without judgment.
