The computer connection was terrible and i was in a very bad way and needed help badly. It was their connection thst was bad and she just stopped my appointment when all it would have took was maybe 10 more minutes. I have beern without care for at least 2 years and csn not work till i get help. I also explained i raise my 7 year old autistic grandson with adhd and needed to get help so i could give him the care he deserves. If you wsnt someone caring that wants to help you i would seek help else where. People are committing suicide everywhere and this could have triggered that easily! I am blessed to have my grandson or that could have been me. I was in tears trying to fix the connection and it was as if she didnt care!
