My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe that mental health treatment works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. During our visits, we will discuss your symptoms, personal experiences, and treatment goals to develop a plan that may include medication management, and therapy.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price is $199 for the intake appointment and $150 for follow up appointments.
