I am impressed with professionalism, experience, and manner.
Check in admin paperwork took longer than I figured for because they have a cool tablet system. So new patients should plan for an extra 20 minutes for that. They did x-rays down the hall and were on the ball with getting the Dr ready for his consult, for my back pain. Overall I'm glad I found this orthopedic group.
The office staff was very professional, including the orthopedic and xray techs. They took me back very quickly and did xrays right away. Dr. Schreiber was nice, knowledgeable, and decisive with recommending a plan of action and follow up. He also took his time to explain my imaging in detail and his reasons for his diagnosis.
Dr. SchReiner is very kind, and professional. He is very knowledgeable. Explains the cause of illness and treatments.
He was awesome, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The ladies in front, we're kinda rude and pushy.
Dr Scribner is a caring ad well as patient doctor with his patients. He is a very skilled surgeon and follows up on the concerns of his patients. If really urgent he tries to fit his patients in as soon as possible. His Secretary is ver good ad well
I left to go to another doctor this summer. My knee was as bad or worse than when I began seeing him in the summer of 2014.
My visit with Dr. Schreiber was very pleasant. He took his time and listened to my complaint, he revisited the last time he saw me and we went over that compared to where I am now. I have been a patient of his since 2008 and he has taken very good care of me. I am very thankful.
Super great funny and nice !! Desk staff great also
Friendly and explains in great detail. Answered all my questions. He speaks quickly, so see him after youve had your morning coffee.
My god he talks fast!
He's an excellent doctor and his staff was quite professional as well. I highly recommend him. He cared and you can tell he loves his profession.
Not very impressed. Everyone was rushing around. Too many patients were scheduled.
Great doctor. Has helped me with many issues. Wait times are long though.
Second times a charm! My entire experience was great this time, how it should be. ZocDoc made it easy to schedule my appointment, and reminded me as it got closer. The check in process was so smooth and all automated including swiping my card for the copayment. The staff took my x-rays swiftly and explained everything perfectly. Dr. Schreiber and his PA were wonderfully pleasant and answered all my questioned and reviewed my diagnosis. Great!
I would generally rate him as "average." The good news is that the issue I saw him about is much better. I am very grateful for the outcome. This worked out fine for this procedure though I'm not sure whether I would request him in the future.
Very efficient and to the point. He gave me a shot in my shoulder and my pain has almost completely gone. He was late getting to the office due to a traffic accident that closed I 395. Nice office staff and nurses. He knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him and his practice!
Excellent and professional orthopedic physician. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Schreiber.
The wait was entirely way too long, but as soon as I got into the room I was in and out within 20 mins!
I have seen Dr. Schreiber many times and have always been pleased with each visit.
Dr. Schreiber previously operated on my back, and , quite simply, he fixed it. I have had no further problems. I went to see him about a knee this time. It will be some time before I know exactly how my knee will be repaired as we have to try several things, but I have absolute faith that Dr. Schreiber will find a way to fix what is wrong. He is an outstanding doctor and a highly skilled surgeon.
A caring doctor. Makes sure that any shots given are as painless as possible. Would recommend him as a doctor!
Very knowledgeable, but speaks EXTREMELY fast
The visit went well. Xrays were done on the spot which meant I didn't have to return at a later date for results.
Today was a good visit, Even though the staff had computer problems, they were pleasant and got the job done. The Woodbridge office staff was on top of things. Will try to make future appts at this office rather than Walker Lane.
Dr. Schreiber is very knowledgeable and spends time with the patient. However, the front desk staff said we were not on the schedule even though I booked online and was called twice by the office prior to the appt- the same day! When I signed in upon arrival, I waited 15min to be acknowledged- they had moved the 'sticker strip' to the patient list and hadnt even realized it so skipped over us. So this caused us to be behind other patients. Once in the room, was notified that we were not given the proper paperwork by the front desk so the back nurse had to hurry and complete that prior to moving on. We waited 1 hr and 15 minutes in the examining room before seeing Dr.- 1 hr was after completing all paperwork/ questions with back nurse. After the hour without seeing ANYONE, I asked how many more patients are ahead of us. We were told we were next. Within 1 minute the back nurse came into the room, picked up the patient chart and put it outside the room for the doctor. He had no idea we were in the room since she forgot the chart and never checked on us again. Very poor. No apologies or owning up to mistake.
Fast diagnosis and treatment plan. Listened well. Great staff.
He repaired my back. It's a great pratice. I've been going to GMOI for the past 15 years. Sometimes you have to wait, but I don't care. The quality of the care is outstanding. I won't go anywhere else!!
Productive visit. had all my questions answered.
It was nice that he agrees with hospital diagnostic and I am happy with his treatment.
Very perfunctory bedside manner - did not address me directly -not sure he really listened or understood my concerns.
Very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and has a good bedside manner. Very nice man. Would recommend him to a friend.
He was a bit quick to diagnose and I didn't feel that he did as good a job as as could have with regards to a physical exam of the problem areas.
Took the time to explain everything.
I've been seeing Dr. Schreiber for many years now. He has been instrumental in my care of arthritis of my knee and hands. Best doctor around. Excellent listener. Intelligent and caring. I trust him 100% on all his guidance and care approach!
He answered all of my questions and was helpful
Dr. Schreiber was extremely professional and took care of my issue immediately. Also, the entire office staff was helpful and courteous. I could not have asked for better service!
The Dr visit was fine however I was asked to complete information that I had already completed online and over the phone. The duplication was frustrating.
Good. He explained diagnosis, showed the x-rays on the screen.
Dr. Schreiber is a really great doctor! He really takes his time and explains things!
the doctor is fine, but why am I waiting over an hour after my appointment was to begin before I get to see him.
The dr. took his time to show me an x-ray and explain what was wrong. He gave me a cortisone shot himself rather than having a nurse do it. I was impressed.
It went as well as all of our previous visits. He is a fine doctor and very pleasant.
I arrived at 2:10 and didn't leave the office until after 4:30pm. Although Dr Schreiber was nice enough, I saw him for a total of 15 minutes. I had an xray which took about 10 mins and the balance of the time was sitting in the examining room. I feel this is a huge AREA FOR IMPROVMENT!! The message to me was "we don't value you as a patient".... If the Dr. is behind, at least communicate that to me and don't leave me sitting there. I have to do a follow up for my health but overall, I probably won't go back
He was professional and listened to my concerns.
He is good. Explain well. But the wait time is too long.
He's very nice, he listens and I just think he's the greatest!
He talks too fast.
Very nice facility and staff. Didn't mind the wait because it was due to a new medical system. I understand about getting new computer software in place. It takes time to learn how to use it.
