What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approach to help clients identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and build on what is already working. I also integrate psychodynamic principles by exploring how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and relationship dynamics may influence clients' current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Therapy is a collaborative process where we first focus on building a trusting relationship and gaining a clear understanding of your experiences and goals. From there, we work together to develop practical strategies, deepen insight, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
