Quite possibly the worst experience. No bedside manner. Definitely prejudice towards young women. Very unprofessional and demeaning. The disrespect and belittling of a patient should never happen in the medical field.

This physician is incredibly condescending and has terrible bedside manner. He repeatedly cut me off and made assumptions without letting me finish. I was amazed by how much he talked down to me as a patient. I had to pay out of pocket to go get a physical performed by a different provider because my experience was so bad. Speaking with others in the waiting room, this is a common experience with him.

It was a little off-putting when the med tech Keisha asked for a donation while I was strapped into a blood pressure cuff.
She said she was raising funds for her son‘s operation but there wasn’t even a GoFundMe — she wanted me to send it straight to her.
The PA himself was fine. A little rough around the edges, so maybe not for everyone, but it didn’t really bother me.
If it wasn’t for the solicitor taking my vitals I’d probably give them a 4.5 overall.

My provider is a great listener and communicator. He is very proactive in his treatment plan, so he spends time with you to resolve the problem and doesn't just treat you like he's herding cattle all day. He has an awesome bedside manner.

I enjoyed my visit. I had not been to the doctor’s office for some time and I felt good about the Albert Fizayl, PA’s approach and the time he spent with me. He is very responsive electronically and that works very well for me. I have an intense calendar which caused me to have to schedule last minute as my calendar freed up. I called 10 places before finding ZocDoc which led me to him. Skip all that, find him. This was my experience seeking a same gender doctor.

I found him to be very dismissive, belittling, and rude. When i spoke of my issues, it magically all became about his life. (I think he was trying to relate but it just came off as let’s just talk about me).
He would say things to me like “you better sit your butt down and schedule this because this is your responsibility” and when I told him about my financial hardships, he said that money doesn’t matter (only privileged people say that).
I at one point had to stop him from further lecturing me and say “can we just get back to the physical please?”
He also is a PA but at least once referred to himself as a doctor. NOT THE SAME.
