If given the privilege to be your therapist, my mission is to help you discover real solutions to your current issues and to help you become a better you. The therapy session is a safe environment, free of judgement, and a sanctuary for you to express your needs. You know yourself better than anyone else. Together, we can find concrete goals to improve your life and work out any issues you may have.
I have helped couples, adolescents, elderly, families with young children and collaboratively helped clients work through many difficulties such as anxiety, relational problems, career struggles, abuse, addiction, depression, grief, spirituality, etc. In therapy and in life, my experience allows me to work instinctively well. I consider this field my passion and it is my honor to collaborate with every client in therapy.

Al is an all around incredible therapist. Every session is productive, and I learned coping strategies as well as thoughtful insights that I use everyday. He is very down to earth and approachable, with a wealth of knowledge on many different issues. I highly recommended him to anyone as a solo or relationship therapist.

Al is kind, compassionate and well versed in many different areas of therapy. He has a lot of life experience coupled with a great educational background. I feel that he can adapt to each individuals needs ( I was in couples therapy with him) without judgement all while providing helpful techniques. He is a true professional.
