Would not recommend. Provider was knowledgeable but not easy to communicate with. Being my son’s guardian and his advocate a previous plan was put in place by previous providers and I; she was unwilling to follow. Provider kept interrupting me and was a poor listener. She also had limited options when attempting to find my son’s pharmacy and was not willing to listen on how to find it. Kept instructing me to contact my child’s pharmacy ( for what?) Instructed me to contact the office to update his pharmacy; when I told her no one answers the phone every time I attempt to call, her response was, “ I hope that they answer the phones this time; I don’t know why that keeps happening. Just keep calling” . Will not recommend nor will be bringing my son back to her as I am his guardian with him being a vulnerable young adult and first lesson as a provider is try to build a rapport not only with the client but also with the client’s support system in order to develop a plan for treatment.

my provider was helpful, understanding and has the will to want to help me. normally conversations last 15 to 20 mins she was made me feel like we had a face to face and could read my mind.

my experience with alda gurrier is the best! however, your billing system sucks! i was charged $315 for a $15 copay. your staff is horrendous! although i love it therapist, this billing system is too much for me and will not continue my appts if i can't pay her directly. i do not want anything to do with mindpath! getting treated for my mental health but your system is putting me back! i want nothing to do with mindpath, nothing!
