**Please note: we are a cash-pay practice and do not currently accept insurance. The fee for a new patient appointment and intake is $300. If you are looking to stabilize your mental health, heal from within, and truly reconnect with yourself, you are in the right place. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a foundation in psychology and nursing, and more than a decade of experience across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, I bring a unique, comprehensive perspective to your care. I operate at the intersection of two complementary roles. In the emergency department at South Shore Hospital, I provide rapid psychiatric evaluations for individuals in acute crisis—offering compassionate, brief stabilization during their most vulnerable moments. In my private practice in Brookline, MA, I translate this high-level diagnostic expertise into long-term therapeutic relationships. My philosophy is rooted in the firm belief that every person has the innate capacity to heal and grow. I specialize in providing comprehensive psychiatric care for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and dissociation, as well as relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we will build a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, fully supported, and empowered to move beyond managing symptoms so you can truly thrive.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you enter my practice, you will find a warm, welcoming, and entirely judgment-free space focused on your unique goals. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, not prescriptive. I do not push medication. Healing looks different for everyone, and my role is to walk alongside you as a partner, offering the exact level of support you are looking for: If you want dedicated talk therapy, we will focus strictly on evidence-based psychotherapy. If you prefer medication management alone, we will focus on safe, careful clinical prescribing. If you want an integrated combination, we can seamlessly blend both therapy and medication into your care. Any choice we make regarding your treatment is a shared decision, carefully balancing your symptoms, lifestyle, and preferences. I also highly value cultural inclusivity and am proud to offer care fluently in Lithuanian. Whether we connect in person or virtually, my priority is ensuring you feel deeply heard, fully informed, and empowered throughout your healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Healing is most effective when treatment addresses the whole person. We follow a clear, three-step path tailored entirely to your unique lifestyle and goals: 1. Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: Our first session is a thorough, collaborative evaluation. We will review your history, address immediate concerns like stress or focus issues, and identify your long-term goals. Instead of a cookie-cutter solution, we co-create an individualized plan built around you. 2. Follow-Up Care Structured Around Your Choice Subsequent visits are tailored completely to the type of care you prefer: -Combined Therapy & Medication Management (60 Mins): An integrated session looking at the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and biology. -Psychotherapy Only (60 Mins): Dedicated talk therapy to process challenges, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience. -Medication Management Only (30 Mins): Targeted clinical check-ins to evaluate symptom improvement, monitor effectiveness, and safely optimize your treatment. 3. Integrative Modalities & Ongoing Support Our sessions dynamically draw from evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thinking, Motivational Interviewing (MI) to strengthen personal motivation, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to reduce emotional reactivity. I also regularly collaborate with outside therapists and primary care providers to keep your entire care network perfectly aligned.
