It was like talking to a friend, but a more educated one. I was never talked down to and felt validated. Aleksandra made me feel very comfortable. She is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in her field. I hope to continue having her as a part of my journey in mental wellbeing.

I really liked my first appointment with Ola. I’ve been to several telehealth places for my issue and this was the first visit where I felt like I found someone knowledgeable that was willing to listen to me and really help and not just rush through an appointment.

I really appreciate that she was so prompt, She was very professional but also personable. Obviously she is intelligent and knowledgeable but I liked that she spoke very respectfully to me, never talking down to me. At the end of my appointment I not only felt I had truly been heard, but also understood.
I have to say I look forward to working with her in the future.

I booked an appointment, feeling I was in crisis, and Aleksandra was very patient and understanding of my needs. We discussed a treatment plan and put me on a track. She made me feel very comfortable, and I am so happy I met her. I am looking forward to speaking with her again.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the care I’ve received from Ola. After years of struggling, feeling unheard, and cycling through medications that never seemed to fully help, I finally found someone who truly listened, cared, and made it their mission to help me feel like myself again.
If you are looking for a psychiatric provider who truly cares, listens without judgment, and will fight with you and for you until you find what works… look no further. Ola is the kind of provider everyone deserves but rarely finds.

She listens to what you have to say without judgement. I feel like she was the only provider that really listened to me. I feel like now I have such a different outlook because I know that she really cares and I trust what she says.
Anywhere else I’ve gone I felt I couldn’t say everything that I needed to say to the provider because of the judgement they would pass. She’s the best by far!!!!
