UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy.
A board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background, finding her passion in mental health after years in a hospital setting. Mental illness is often an area that is overlooked, and I plan to be that voice to let you know that you are not alone. I derive such great passion in helping to assist you during one of the most vulnerable times in your life. I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration and evidence-based practice. My goal is that you are able to gain a sense of empowerment after our sessions, and the confidence that you need to continue to prevail in society.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price is $199 for the intake appointment and $150 for follow up appointments.
