I am a family medicine doctor who cares for patients at every stage of life. I try to listen carefully and not rush my patients. I work with my patient to achieve the best health outcomes. I focus on evidence based medicine and I stay up to date with the latest medical advances. HMO MEDICAL GROUP: Dr. Adamian is contracted with Lakeside Community Healthcare and Regal Medical Group. PPO INSURANCE: Some insurance plans assign you to a Primary Care Physician (PCP). Your PCP may or may not be printed on your insurance card. You must see your assigned PCP for your visit to be covered as In-Network. If your visit is not with the assigned PCP, your insurance will say it is Out-of-Network, even if the provider is an In-Network provider. For more information or to change your PCP, call your insurance at the number listed on your insurance card or visit their website. SELF-PAY: Starting at $200 (Visit only). Additional items/forms will increase the charges. AGE: Accepting patients age 18 and older only.
