It was my first time meeting with Dr. Sanchez. He makes you feel so welcome and at ease. I presented all of my medical concerns to him and he took the time to listen to all of my worries. He is such a great listener and an amazing teacher.

Dr. Sanchez's office and staff were lovely. His Nurse, Betty, was thorough, kind, and detailed in taking history in the first office visit, as well as in presenting the tone and purpose of the practice, centering on geriatrics. Dr. Sanchez, himself, was very polite, kind in manner and tone, as well as very professional and understanding in a long and complex explanation of health history in seeing a first time patient. He reviewed the medical records we presented, and gave us a clear plan of future care. We will bring more family to him, confident they will be more than happy with his professional care. Blood work was taken in house, such an ease for the elderly, not having to go to an outside service or hospital for this regular testing. Scripts were sent to our pharmacy before we left. THAT's what we want to see happen, not dealing w/multiple follow up calls, wondering when a refill will be sent. Very mellow, relaxed tone to the practice, easing the natural anxiety of most seniors.

Dr Sanchez and his team are bilingual (English and Spanish), met them at their Elgin Location. Dr. Sanchez and his team are beyond professional and kind. They are very supportive and utilize an holistic approach to treatment. I am very happy to have switched and commit to Dr. Sanchez as my primary doctor. I highly recommend to all new patients.

While their account says their office is in Arlington Heights, they actually have an office in Elgin that they might be at instead. If you call and leave a message to confirm that you're willing to meet at an inopportune location, they will not check or respond to this voicemail. If your work schedule is inflexible, if you work nights, or can't make it to Elgin, find a different doctor.

I've only been to Dr. Sanchez once, for my father. Dr. Sanchez was very calm and understanding with my father whose dementia can be difficult. He was helpful and recommended a few different options to begin treatment. We haven't started any yet, but I feel good that there is help, and hope that we can make things better.

Great staff at this new doctor's office! Found with ZocDoc. They saw me promptly as I had the forms filled out online (Which made it 10x easier). Doctor Sanchez was knowledgeable and gave me a prescription for what might help. It was a pretty quick process. It was simple in and out for what I needed.

I really didn't like that I had to wait 45 minutes when I was all checked in. He did target some of the pain I was having and also traced it to areas I thought weren't caused because of primary issue. Is a doctor who knows what he's doing. I was expecting to see him right away since I already checked in online and was there a little early.

I was nervous to go see the doctor. But once I walked in my nerves were at ease. The receptionist was so kind and the staff was helpful, it put my mind at ease. The doctor was great. Prescribed me medication that helped my symptoms. I will defiantly be going there again.

Dr. Alex Sanchez is an excellent doctor. I couldn't recommend him more highly than I do to anyone that is currently sick or to those looking for a new PCP. The staff always finds space for a new patient or older one that needs fast attention. The doctor seems very dedicated to the well being of his patients.
