About Dr. Alex Tauberg

I help back and neck pain sufferers quickly recover so that they can get back to living their lives, playing with their kids, & enjoying their favorite activities! I combine chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue work similar to massage, and rehabilitation together to provide my patients with high quality evidence based care. My goal is to get patients better quickly and give them tools to help them stay that way. I believe that showing my patient's exercise, stretches, and self management strategies to help them take control of their condition is the best way that I can help them. I don't want you to have to come back to my office 3x a week for months on end. I want you to feel better quickly, know how to continue your rehab, and then use me for support as needed. I’m a proud holder of the distinguished certification of Primary Spine Practitioner (from the #1 ranked Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh!). In addition to being a PSP I am also Board Certified Sports Chiropractor, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Emergency Medical Responder. I'm also the team chiropractor for the Pittsburgh Vengeance hockey team.
