Hi there, I'm Alexa, a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Maryland. I offer therapeutic interventions combined with medication management.
Are you looking for a mental health provider who listens and works "with you" instead of "at you"? True mental health stability comes from a provider who collaborates with clients to treat their struggles in an individualized way. Mental health treatment is not "cookie-cutter" and requires therapeutic interactions that give individuals what they need when they need it.
I provide both medication management and meaningful therapeutic interactions. I respect your input and partner with you to work toward your wellness goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?
During our initial meeting, expect some relief and hopefulness of things to come. We will work out a plan for you and what that looks like moving forward. As we delve into your concerns, the plan will continue to develop into something that will be focused on your long-term mental health.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
