Alexa Gladstone-Mechanic FNP-BC, APRN is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who focuses on a holistic approach to primary care. In addition to her extensive working knowledge of primary medicine, she has formal training in the specialties of cardiology, geriatrics, addiction medicine and lactation support. Passionate about healthy living, Alexa thrives by motivating clients towards personal, dietary and lifestyle goals. She believes that the fullest realization of health involves a balance between the physical, emotional, social and spiritual realms. she was extremely thorough; it is evident that she genuinely cares about her role. a lot of effort was placed into the work up, and she showed interest in identifying causes of my current problems. highly recommend!!

Alexa Gladstone is extremely competent, thorough and great at communicating / explaining medical issues. She digs deep and actually gets to the root cause of illness. I had seen my pcp and a pulmonologist for several years and I was still wheezing when breathing. Alexa treated me for ann infection and got me the proper inhaler so now I breathe clearly. She’s an incredible medical professional who I highly recommend.

She explains each step of evaluation and treatment with clarity and patience, making sure I truly understand what is happening and why. She empowers me to make the best possible decisions for my health. She is remarkably intelligent and skilled, yet also approachable and kind. She willingly spends as much time as needed and never rushes an appointment. Her combination of clinical excellence and genuine human connection sets her apart as an extraordinary practitioner.
