“I find that many providers no longer cater to an individual but “cookie cutter” insert all people into one mold, that just doesn’t work, especially for the type of care I need. So I have been searching for a provider who truly cares about me as a patient and not just a number. Alexa was that provider!! She made me feel comfortable in one of my most vulnerable times and I am so grateful. I am finally getting the care I have ben searching for and deserve! I can’t recommend her more!!! ”

I had a very positive experience with my psychiatrist. From the first appointment, they created a comfortable and non-judgmental environment, which made it much easier to speak openly about my concerns. They took the time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and explain treatment options in a clear and practical way.

I highly recommend Alexa! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely takes the time to listen to you as a patient. I was nervous at first considering mental health is a sensitive topic, but overall I was especially impressed by how thoroughly she considered my concerns.
Beyond Alexa's excellent care, the entire practice with Dr. Aydin is exceptionally responsive. Scheduling appointments was quick and easy, and communicating with the office staff and provider between visits via their Spruce Telehealth app is incredibly easy and seamless.

I can't recommend Alexa highly enough. She has a mix of clinical expertise and compassion. She collaborated with me to find a treatment plan that was manageable and effective. If you’re looking for a provider who is as intelligent as they are kind, you are in excellent hands with Alexa.
