Getting to know Alexa Velez-Pearson
There is no ideal client, but individuals seeking to heal from trauma, grief, sadness, and anxiety. We all walk our own paths in life and sometimes need support along the way. Those who are willing to get better and work towards their goals of health and happiness warm my heart and are the driving force for why I practice in psychiatry.
I specialize in both medication management and TMS therapy for those struggling with their mental health issues. Trauma work, anxiety management, psychosis, and mood disorders are all within my wheelhouse.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I welcome those of all backgrounds and walks of life. LGBTQIA+ friendly, all shapes and colors are encouraged to find me and get started on this beautiful journey to heal.

We would like to share an overview of our billing and payment process at Eastside Psychiatry to help set clear expectations.
• Copays are collected on the day of service.
• After your appointment, we submit claims to your insurance. Once those claims have been fully processed, any remaining patient responsibility will be reflected on a monthly billing statement, which is sent on the 10th of each month.
• If you receive a statement and need to split your balance into a payment plan, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist you.
• If we do not hear from you regarding a payment plan, the remaining balance will be automatically charged on the 20th of each month using the card on file.
If you have questions about your statement, insurance processing, or payment options, our billing team is happy to help. Thank you for your understanding and for allowing us to be part of your care.

Lex and the entire team at Eastside Psychiatry have been fantastic! This was my first experience with TMS and I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. The technicians were all wonderful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend going here, if you're interested in trying TMS.

My visits with Lex are always bot eye-opening and enjoyable. Lex has the rare ability to be a consumate professional while still holding space for being a person. It's not often that one can say they look forward to a psychiatric appt. But I always do. She has helped me more than the plethora of doctors before her. <3
