About Alexander Bulan
Alex Bulan, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician associate (PA) with nearly 18 years of experience in nonsurgical orthopedic care. He practices at Twin Creeks Orthopedics and Regenerative Clinic in Allen, Texas, where he evaluates and treats a broad range of joint and musculoskeletal conditions.
Alex focuses on conservative management of knee, shoulder, hip, and other extremity conditions. He treats arthritis, overuse injuries, and activity-related musculoskeletal pain, and evaluates and manages select fractures appropriate for non-operative care, referring patients for surgical treatment when indicated. He also supports patients with peripheral neuropathy and chronic nerve-related symptoms as part of comprehensive pain and function management.
Alex began his medical career in the U.S. Navy in 1994, serving as a Hospital Corpsman before becoming a PA and naval officer. He completed a fellowship in orthopedic surgery during his military career, gaining advanced training in musculoskeletal evaluation and appropriate surgical referral. He also holds certification in neuropathy management through the American College of Physical Medicine. He retired from military service in 2021 after 27 years, with assignments in the United States, Cuba, Guam, Italy, and Japan, as well as combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Since January, I had been experiencing significant pain in my left arm that affected my ability to use my hand. After trying many remedies with no relief, I decided to visit Twin Creeks Orthopedics and Sports Injury Clinic. I couldn't be happier with this decision. Alex Bulan, PA-C, reviewed my X-ray and clearly explained my options, allowing me to make an informed choice. I opted for a PRP injection followed by electrotherapy a couple of days a week. I'm pleased to report that my pain level is improving, becoming less noticeable each day. Although I still experience minor discomfort with certain movements, I can now perform tasks I couldn't do before. I truly appreciate the options provided to me and highly recommend Twin Creeks Orthopedics to anyone facing similar challenges.

Honor and privilege to witness PA Bulan treat patients in combat , third world countries and clinical settings. No matter the setting or the patient, he puts them at ease, expertly examines and articulates the situation for clear and concise understanding. His experience and expertise will deliver the best possible prognosis. He recently treated my son Hunter for an ankle injury and he is well on his way to full recovery and cannot wait to get back to training. For my family there is no other choice for orthopedic medical needs.
Fortunately for me I live in Mckinney and my family will always be treated by PA Bulan

My husband and I sought out a solution for our individual pain issues - We found Twin Creeks Orthopedic and Sports Injury Clinic to diagnose my 4 month old shoulder pain. I was amazed at the speed that Alex Bulan was able to identify and treat my shoulder as it was affecting my ability to even put on a jacket. After 1 Treatment I began to feel relief and get my range of motion increased. I know that if I follow Alex’s exercise routine I can expect to resume my normal activities soon.
The clinic was very clean and meeting the friendly, welcoming Jasmine as I entered was a delight. It’s nice to find a PA that is as personable and professional as Alex.
I highly recommend anyone needing treatment to seek service at Twin Creeks.

I visited Twin Creeks Orthopedics with my wife to discuss my ongoing left knee pain with Alex Bulan - We were welcomed at the sign in desk very politely and were told we would see Alex shortly- Sure enough Mr. Bulan PA welcomed me - Examined my knee and administered Tens therapy to my extreme satisfaction.
I endorse this Clinic with my highest recommendation.

Alex and his team are exceptional. I went to see him thinking that I was going to need surgery on my shoulder. After some plasma treatment, electrode impulse therapy and exercise, I could do push-ups again and use my arm. It’s been a blessing! I highly recommend Alex and his team! Very efficient and friendly office as well. He was able to get me in the same day for appointments. I will definitely see him again in the future if needed.

Highly recommend this place! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and they fixed me right up with a quick exam and a well-made cast for my broken fingers. And, I just noticed they close at noon on Fridays, so they stayed late to help me out! They didn't even mention it, so that's just great attitude. A big Thank You to Alex, Jasmine, and Marilyn!
