Dr. LaTourrette then pursued his medical education at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree in 2019. After medical school, he completed his residency training in the Family Medicine Program at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center. I used to live in Nassau County and now live in Sayville. I had a medical issue that needed attention and did not want to travel.
I found Dr Alex through my insurance provider. I was so impressed meeting and speaking with him on my first visit that I asked him if he would become my primary care physician .I find him friendly, professional, and compassionate. The office is always immaculately clean and comfortable. His staff is also never disappointing. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I rarely write reviews for any doctor but I was so pleased with this appointment. I was hesitant to book only because I was unsure about having a man as my primary care doctor but I did anyways because they had availability on the weekend and I'm so glad I decided to. The guy at the front desk was so nice as was the girl who took me back to do my vitals. Dr. Latourrette put me completely at ease and was so comforting. He genuinely sounded like he cared about my thoughts and feelings and concerns. He also did a lot to ensure I understood what was going on throughout the appointment. Sometimes it feels like doctors are just going through the motions when they speak with you and I didn't feel that way at all here. I have a million nice things to say about this office and the people in it and I am so happy I took the chance to book this appointment.
