Alexander Lipyansky, MD is a board-certified urologist. He is affiliated with SUNY Downstate University Hospital and The Brooklyn Hospital Center. In 2001, Dr. Lipyansky graduated with his Medical Doctorate from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and completed his residency program in urology at SUNY Brooklyn (Downstate) College of Medicine. Doubt I will return. Clean office, decent bed side manor, BUT THE WAIT WAS RIDICULOUS! Waited over an hour with no more than 5 people in the waiting area. The staff was loud with non work chatter and no one could explain why I had to wait so long.
