Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this provider. Before the session, I completed a questionnaire that flagged suicidal ideation, and I was told the appointment was canceled. I called the office, and staff assured me the session was still on — so I showed up. During the visit, the doctor said he couldn’t treat or prescribe anything due to the screening results but would send referrals. He never followed up. I received no treatment, no support, and no follow-up — only a large bill. The provider is in-network with my insurance, and the experience felt confusing and negligent. If someone is flagged as high risk and can't be treated, why allow the session to continue? This left me feeling dismissed and worse than before. I do not recommend this provider based on my experience.
