“The smell of the entire building throws you off, maybe it’s just an old moldy building but that definitely needs to be fixed. The Drs office lobby is tiny and the lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me as I signed in and she never acknowledged me even when she was done assisting the patient checking out. I wasn’t sure if there was a delay with the nurse, but Nurse Balcom called me back after maybe 30 mins of waiting, not too bad. Nurse Balcom is awesome hence the reason I stayed because I was going to leave simply because of the smell and find another PCP. ”

Dr Balcom was such a sweetheart it’s always a pleasure to see her!! She’s so educated and great at making you feel welcome, I’ve never felt dumb for asking questions or rushed to get out. Finding my first adult docter was rough but she’s a perfect fit and I highly recommend!!!

The unclonliness of the office, the unprofessionalness of the staff, not acknowledging me / just hang out socially with each other workers and totally ignoring six people waiting. I was so turned off by the front desk and office itself that I never saw the provider. I was there to find a new primary, there is no way I was going back so I told them to remove my name and I walked out.

Been a while since I came to a doctor and am so glad I found this office. Alexandra was so attentive with the long list of issues that I had and the medical assistant Raquette and front desk Brenda were also awesome. They made me feel comfortable! Would come here if you're thinking about it.

Had a great first experience here. Everyone was very friendly, and my Dr was great. She listened to my concerns more than my last primary and I think will be a great fit for me. The person that did my blood draw was the best I have had yet as someone who is deathly nervous for them and very much dislikes getting it done. She took probably about 15 seconds total and it was over with. Definitely worth checking the practice out if you need a new primary!
