I would say that the website was incredibly helpful in giving a recommended doctor that offered services related to my issue. I appreciated the ability of using my insurance as a filter. The office helped me with a scheduling difficulty and was understanding. I was still able to make my appointment 30 min later. Every staff felt professional.

The office didn’t know I had an appointment so it was quite uncomfortable. Probably would not use Zocdoc again to go to the office. I would rather call them.
