About Alexandra Bloom

Alexandra Bloom, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner serving the Clinton Township community. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health Nursing from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree from Oakland University. Alexandra has experience with preventive care for all stages of life, diagnosis and management of chronic diseases, annual exams and testing, ensuring vaccinations are up to date, and coordinating with specialty care as needed.
