About Alexandra Castor

A Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Alexandra is the change that she wishes to see in healthcare. She is also passionate about running and various activities with a background in martial arts, snowboarding, soccer, caving and yoga. She is studying to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer which has been a personal goal of hers. (Don’t be intimidated by her love for running and the gym; she knows this is not everyone’s favorite hobby!!) Alexandra is a not only a registered dietitian-nutritionist, but is also studying to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer which has been a personal goal of hers. She also has a diverse family as a registered member of her tribe along with immediate and extended-family members who are Chinese-Malay. She loves having a diverse family because the experiences help her better serve and meet the needs of clients. She has had the privilege of being stationed overseas in Okinawa, Japan, traveled extensively in Asia and visited a few places in Europe.
