“Alexandra Ford, NP was one of the most human practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was anxious at first, being a new patient scheduled for an annual physical and not knowing what to expect. I had seen my previous primary care MD for over 30 years. Once Alexandra entered the patient room where I was waiting, her warm smile, friendliness and patience quickly melted away any fears I had. She was very engaging; treated me like a human being and not just like an automobile that needed to be fixed. She actually cared compassionately about me as a whole; mentally and physically. She was thorough, asked question that other MD's had not and I never once felt rushed. This was the first positive experience I have had with a primary care practitioner. I feel no hesitation in recommending her to everyone I know and meet.”

Alexandra, moved on June 9, to a brand building at: 1445 Boston Post Rd, Guilford. At a young age, she cared for her great grandmother with dementia and witnessed her being misdiagnosed. Now, she wants to be the clinician that she wished her great grandmother had. Alexandra did an internship at ProHealth. The teamwork and positive energy at her office helped her choose to stay at ProHealth. Alexandra stays active outside of work. She's very much into soccer, running and hiking.

i’ve just moved to the area and I’m looking to establish myself with medical providers. After my appointment with Alex, she arranged all pertinent referrals and labs. She was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. She basically handled all my medical concerns and only a few minutes.
The office staff was lovely and I would definitely recommend ProHealth physicians to friends and family!
