The assistant tech seemed to be NEW. She was wound as tight as a rubber band about to launch, and at first she came across as a little testy. As I watched, though, it was clear she was just overwhelmed and that everything was still new to her. So I relaxed and gave her more patience, and it was fine in the end. My biggest disappointment was the pain medication. A week after the visit, I was surprised to find the overdue and much-needed prescription for Tylenol #4 still had NOT been called in. During the visit I explained how much pain she was in, how long it had been since the last refill, and how little sleep she was getting because of the pain. I expected it to be handled quickly.
