She listened to me, took in my concerns, and actually worked with what I wanted. She gave her opinions, but ultimately made me feel like my wants were the priority, not her wants. My previous psychiatrist didn’t want to even talk about lowering my dosages even a few years down the road, but Dr. O’Malley immediately was on board, and gave recommendations on when the best times would be. She made sure that we would have a plan in place no matter when I wanted to implement the plan.

Very down to earth

Dr. O’Malley was great! She dealt with me having a lot of unexpected issues and interruptions during our call which I appreciate so much. I feel like she asked me a lot of questions to gather a lot of information, she explained symptoms and medications very clearly. Overall the appointment was great and I am looking forward to my next.

The communication is of high quality but it gets overwhelming. There are many texts and emails but some of the information provided becomes redundant because it’s given many times.
Verified patientVideo visit
My first visit was awesome, she listened to what I had to say, came up with a plan for treatment that we both agreed on, and was very thorough.
Verified patientVideo visit
The doctor was great but there was a lot of issue actually getting ahold of anyone with the office MULTIPLE times. Their poor operator gets 2-3 calls at a time and can’t really help you, and the actual admin team takes weeks to respond.
great and listens to what you think you need
