About Alexandra Palgon
Alex began her career by practicing in Emergency Medicine at Grady Hospital followed by Urgent Care at Piedmont. After a few years, she transitioned to Dermatology where she has gained nearly two decades of practice expertise. She sees patients at our Buckhead office, and prior to joining the Olansky team, Alex was a Physician Assistant at a dermatology practice in Marietta, GA.
Alex lives in Dunwoody with her husband, son, and dog. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, going to art shows, and spending time with family and friends.

Alex was fantastic! I've been trying to find a dermatologist in Atlanta for a while now. The PA's at previous offices I visited were not thorough. They treated me like a returning patient vs a new patient. Meaning they only briefly looked over my body vs a thorough exam. Alex however, was excellent. She was thorough and informative! She shared information & details about my skin no other dermatologist shared in the past. I left her office not only feeling confident in my skin, but as a valued patient. She answered all of my concerns, expertly removed three skin tags, and gave me her undivided attention. In addition, Alex is very personable and kind. I left the appointment feeling great and I am very appreciative of her time and expertise.
