What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic approach is both affirming and thoughtfully challenging. I believe growth occurs when we feel supported enough to examine new perspectives and develop healthier patterns of thinking and relating. My primary clinical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrated with Systems Theory and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide individualized care that reflects each client's unique strengths, experiences, and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to partner with you by offering guidance, evidence-based tools, and compassionate support as you move toward the life you envision. Whether you prefer to move through therapy gradually or are ready to make changes more quickly, I will meet you where you are and tailor our work to your pace.
