Alexis Jarrell, LMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist
CA
I wake up every day excited for what I do! I am passionate about being an empathetic facilitator and witness to my clients’ growth. I have worked in all types of therapeutic settings and levels of care, such as community mental health, teen residential treatment, extended care treatment, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization treatment, group practice, and private practice. This diverse set of experiences has prepared me to navigate a variety of presenting problems with my clients and inspired me to create a group practice that takes everything I have learned from those experiences to form a company I believe in wholeheartedly and align fully with my values as a clinician and human. I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, which has further shaped my person-centered approach. I pride myself on being able to quickly build strong rapport and facilitate massive shifts with clients and their families. My approach is guided by evidence-based interventions and informed by family dynamics and relational work. I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey of understanding themselves more deeply and with more compassion. Clients tell me that I am direct, warm, compassionate, and utilize humor when appropriate. I strive to make therapy feel supportive and comfortable, always meeting my clients where they are. I take pride in building long-lasting connections with my clients, which leads to significant growth. I feel like the luckiest human in the world to walk with my clients on their life path and support them through all of life’s moments—it is such an honor. I would love to connect with you and learn what you may be looking for.
