What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in taking a comprehensive approach that targets the brain and body connection by using pharmacological interventions and psychotherapeutic approaches, combined or independently. I typically use a number of therapeutic methods, such as medication management, talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness and more.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My hope is to be able to establish a relationship where we can have the necessary dialogues to explore and understand the underlying factors and maladaptive behaviors that could be contributing to distress and find the most appropriate treatment for you.
