I look forward to the next time I see Dr. Winkler. He validated all of my feelings and was very clear on what the next steps would be in my treatment. I was nervous before my appointment, but the entire experience was a positive and nonjudgmental one. He addressed my concerns and came up with a game plan that would work best for me and my schedule. His bedside manner is a rare one; friendly, unhurried, approachable, and concise. He even set up my referral with another doctor for me. He clearly cares about his patients and I am happy to be one of them.

I like Dr. Winkler very much. But after waiting 1 hr 45 minutes and speaking with him for 5 minutes, it was not clear what the delay was or if he cared at all.
I travled nearly two hours to reach his office and was treated rather rudely. I was instructed to use the kiosk to signin, and when that did not work I was returned to the desk and waited while the reseptionist ate her ice cream before addressing me. I expected better from NYB then that.
Then I sat and waited another 1/2 hour before being called into an examination room. The tech, Donald, was very nice. but then another 25-30 minutes pasted efore being seen by the Doctor.
Again, I expected more from NYP.
I will return to see Dr. Winkler and hope for a better outcome.

I suffer with asthma and I can’t wear a mask because it makes me react to it and the staff told me I cannot stay there and wait I have to wait downstairs was very rude about it and I do not appreciate that I did not take my medical condition into consideration?

Dr. Winkler is excellent. That is probably why I had to wait so long to see him: I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, and then another half hour in the office after all the preliminaries were done by the nurse practitioner. Totally worth it though!

Dr. Winkler is one of the view doctors in our community that takes the time to listen to your concern and to offer the best solution so that you could have peace of mind. He demonstrates his diagnosis on a chalk board! Anyone could understand what the issue is and how it can be resolved. Dr. Winkler does not rush you thru in order to move on to the next patient. When you walk out of his office you feel relieved.
