I scheduled an appointment for 2 purposes. 1 of which I was experiencing laryngitis and went to look into what treatment I may need or confirm that my lack of voice was infact laryngitis.. It was assumed that I had Covid from the time I entered the office & I was immediately sent to a quarantine room where everyone was extremely nervous to come around or near me even with masks on (I also had a mask on) even the doctor was scared to come near enough to even check any, no temperature or anything. So much so that my “consultation” was over the phone with the Dr. In the very next room. Finally a piece of plexiglass is placed between myself & the Dr. So that he may do a swab for Covid. Which was the only service I received. My second reason for visiting was to acquire a new primary care Dr. However I never heard from this office again at all not even with my Covid results nor an answer to what was causing my initial problem. Very unprofessional, unexpected, & unacceptable. Not recommended

Zoc Doc was easy-to-use and very helpful. This site gave great preparation to what to expect before you saw the place and especially the doctor. Dr. Ali was good, he is kindly forward -albeit very detailed and very knowledgeable. Pleased.

The office was disgusting. The doctor and nurses never wore gloves the entire time. I felt extremely uncomfortable. The doctor repeatedly told me he didn’t care able my needs it was really a horrible experience
