Complete waste of time and money. The office is very poorly managed. Unless your idea of fun is doing the receptionist's job for her, do yourself a favor and avoid this office. Also be aware that if you simply want to get lab results sent to, or interpreted here, expect to call them like they owe you money. Probably a few times a week, still unclear how long it would take to actually get results as I gave up and am going elsewhere. Read on for a more detailed account...
Was told to follow up with a Nephrologist after my annual physical, after going in I was told to do an additional blood test and ultrasound of my kidneys. I did the blood test first, and then the ultrasound.
The day after the ultrasound I called to see if they had gotten the lab report, I was told they didn't receive anything and told me to call the radiology lab and see if they'd set it. The receptionist had faxed the radiology request to the radiology lab so unsure why it fell to me to contact radiology. I took down their fax number, called the radiology lab and had them fax it again.
Couple of days later I call again trying to find out if I need to come in again, do additional tests or if everything is fine. This time the doctor is with a patient and I'm told they will call me back. They never do.
Three days later I call again and they say they still don't have the ultrasound. Now taking my lab reports elsewhere.

She showed up and did general check up may be like 2 minutes. I went there for pregnancy test and she suggested me to go to laboratory for all other check up. She didn't do anything at all and I had to pay my co payment for nothing. Just a waste of time and money.

It was fine. They saw me 45 minutes late and essentially they told me to go get testing done and then come back which was a bit frustrating since I had to take a half day off work just to essentially get my blood pressure taken and be told information I already knew. Not necessarily the office's fault, I just wish they could have told me that over the phone and saved me a trip...

Visit was okay, instructions on pre-visit care would have been helpful. Biggest problem was misspelling my name on medication, have to now file a claim to be reimbursed because of clerical error, even though they had a copy of my ID...

I did feel rushed, but Alice at least attempted to address each of my concerns. I asked the nurse twice what an EKG machine did as she was hooking me up, and she never answered. Not a huge problem, but I like to know what's going on when you hook me up to a bunch of wires without a real explanation...

Dr. Joseph dismissed many of my concerns. She was friendly, but seemed to be in a hurry. She also was not very inquisitive, which to me was a turn off as a potential patient.

Thorough explanations, and serious attention to all of my concerns. I didn't feel like she was in a rush or needed to be anywhere else besides in the moment, giving me her full attention. I wish more doctors would take a page out of her book!
