Awful!!!!!!!!! Never ever get a call back when i ask for one. Also, Doctor said that she will leave a prescription at the front desk for me to pick up the next day because during my appointment she ran out of prescription papers. (Very unprofessional) Said it would be no problem. Went the next day and the prescription wasn't there so I left a message for her to call me the next day. Never called, so I called the NEXT day and she still hadn't left the prescription, nor did the receptionist give me a call back. This went on and on until I just gave up. I never got my prescription so I just went ahead and scheduled another appointment for the next month so that I could speak to her face to face. Got a call the day before my appointment saying Dr Romeo no longer works there. 2 months prior to this I was dianosed with pneumonia and she gave me a 5 day script. After my prescription was finished, all my symptoms came back so I called and asked for her to call another prescription of the same thing in for me. I never got to speak with her. I called every single day and no one ever got back with me so I just went to urgent care and got a new prescription. When I saw Dr Romeo at my following appointment (it was already scheduled and I didn't want to find another doctor quite yet) she said she was sorry and that the front desk was not good at communicating with her and there might be a language barrier there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she was always nice during my appointments. Then this happened. I just moved to New York from Indiana and this was the first doctor I tried and I've never had such an awful experience!! Do not go to this office and do not go to Dr Romeo

The wait was too long. I was seen 1h and 10 minutes later than my appointment. However the staff was very helpful and polite. And the doctor took her time to explain everything, answer to my questions and remind me of things I need to do. Very professional and kind.
