Always a great experience, and the rarely is there ever any wait time. Recommended!
My fav doctor
Dr Rushita Patel was kind, engaged and professional. She made me feel comfortable and that she really cared about me.
It was completely obvious that she didn't care. She wouldn't look at my paperwork that I turned in, insisting on asking me everything again. She got rude when I couldn't remember the dosage from one of my meds, and it was written down in my file already! There were cups of urine and blood samples on the tables where we sat.
Dr. R. Patel and staff were very accommodating and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service provided.
Dr Rushita and her assistant was extremely pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable. As a matter of fact, you het a pleasant vibe just walking into the office. I would definitely her to anyone
My visit was exactly what I was hoping for, these Drs are straight to the point as well as informative and caring.
Dr Patel was great. No wait time and she listened to my symptoms with care and concern! She prescribed me an antibiotic for my sinus infection and I already feel better!
No issues at all with this office. I was seen quickly and there wasn't a ton of paperwork to complete. The doctor was friendly and provided good health coaching. I will be returning to use this practice.
Dr. Patel is caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Dr. Patel and her assistant were very courteous and professional throughout my visit. Although I had a annual check up, I had a truly positive experience. We spoke of nutrition, future tests and preventive care.
her office and staff were wonderful and very profesional.
An absolutely horrid experience. Thank God the wait time was so short, so that I could leave ASAP. Where to begin? The doctor is clearly way overdue for retirement. She is old, cynical, and rather rude. No empathy whatsoever. At one point, she sneezed into her hand, and then proceeded to examine me without washing up! There was also a conspicuous cup of urine on her table that I could not stop eyeing. Very unprofessional, very gross, and all the positive reviews here of her are rather suspect. If you value cleanliness and professionalism, go elsewhere, trust me. This is coming from a non squeamish person, by the way. I just know a doctor's' office should be held to a higher standard.
Very nice Doctor. If i need an appointment again I wouldn't mind at all seeing her.
My visit was pretty straight forward and I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Patel and her team are friendly and easy to talk to.
I was happy I didn't have to wait long at all, it was quick and the staff were very pleasant.
I usually am pretty satisfied with my results from the Dr but this recent appointment made me question if this is the right Dr for me... I went in because I had a repetitive problem.. And instead of checking into it.. I was basically left to wait for next time... As well as I feel my time was wasted I went and went out.. Only thing that was checked was pressure.. Wither she was in a rush or not my questions should have been answered. And at least some blood work should have been done... But anyways hopefully this changes or I will have to change Drs.
Very nice meeting three generations of Patel's. The triage was extremely detailed and informative. The Dr.'s made me feel like they really cared for my health. Only downside was they had to draw blood twice but they used a very thin needle the second time...
This was the weirdest experience I have ever had. I was hounded for my copay as soon as I saw the DR and you can't give it to the receptionist you have to give it straight to the DR in cash. Then she held my arm straight out to take my BP and wouldn't let me relax my arm. It was a really bizarre experience.
She is great!
Cash only. Should have been stated up front
Doctor was very thorough, good bedside manner, good patient teaching and support staff was nice.
Her and her family are excellent, they really seem to care and really listen to you.
It was thorough, quick, and easy! She was very nice and to the point, she didn't waste any time with unnecessary and costly tests. Thanks.
Loved it! These ladies are super nice and I didn't feel the bit uncomfortable! I'd definitely recommend going there!
She's a really good dr. Very attentive ..listened and answered questions..was very concerned and considerate...
Dr. Patel is a wonderfully attentive doctor. She was exactly what I wanted in a doctor: attentive without doting, caring and also very knowledgeable. However, I hated the wait time and thought the office needed some work. I waited over an hour for my appointment. The examination room was quite old and dirty with a very unhygienic exam table ( with a dirt ridden pillow on it.) The equipment is quite old and I disliked that there was no sort of privacy as people would knock and immediately enter the room, both other physicians and staff members. While I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Patel, the office practices need some work.
This has been the most pleasant doctors visit I have ever had. This doctor was the most attentive and caring doctor I have ever seen.
I was extremely disappointed with my visit, and here are some of the reasons why: 1. There was a dead cockroach right in front of the office door. 2. I had to wait 30 minutes in an empty waiting room with no receptionist or employees of any kind. 3. The patient before me was getting drug tested, and the doctor left his container of urine on the front desk. 4. The doctor made me feel repeatedly uncomfortable about being overweight, a fact which is obviously hard enough without anyone mentioning it. 5. During my extremely brief visit with the doctor, she took TWO phone calls (no receptionist, remember?) and spend about five minutes talking during each incident, ignoring me all the while. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Hire some staff, get an answering machine, and clean up the bugs and urine for God's sake.
Loved. It was so efficient and helpful. I was in-and-out in no time and really appreciated the courtesy to be timely especially since I went during my lunch hour.
