He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel hurried. He comes across as genuinely caring, and you can tell he is very good at what he does.

I was in and out within 30 minutes and this included blood work and a urine sample. The nurse prior to seeing the doctor was super sweet and answered every question I had. When Dr. Zia came in, he explained everything he was doing to me thoroughly and offered extra exams that I didn't even think about doing. He provided me referrals and had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. 10/10 for the entire experience.

Dr. Zia is different. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. He is knowledgable and has excellent bedside manner. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me informed answers along with referrals. The nurses and front desk staff could not have been more professional, with a clear checkin process and very little waiting time. Dr. Zia runs on time, so make sure to be there 10 minutes before your appointment.

really impressed with dr. Zia. he actually took the time to listen, ask questions and do a thorough physical. Love how convenient the office location is, although check in was a bit crowded when I came and it took longer than expected due to the receptionists taking care of people on the phone. Once I was done checking in, I was seen right away!

Could not have been happier with my visit to Dr. Zia's.
I came in with several questions. Not only was Dr. Zia thoughtful and empathetic in addressing my concerns, he also proactively booked additional tests, follow-up appointments, and shared multiple reading materials with me. I was really grateful for the attention and care.
While sitting with Dr. Zia his disposition was friendly and warm, so I felt like I was talking to a friend who was concerned about my physical and mental well being.
I'm glad I was able to find Dr. Zia, and I will now be going back to him as my primary physician.
Side note: the NY Presbyterian system is also very good. Now both my wife and myself are in their system. The staff is friendly, and their spaces are highly organized and inviting. It's top level health care.

This was my first visit to the practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. The check in/out process were both efficient. I came in for an annual physical. Dr Zia was very personable and tried to learn about my background and lifestyle to give me recommendations.
However, I had to make another appointment to get labs done, and it's 3 going to be in 3 weeks. It would be much faster if I could get my bloodwork at an external lab.

Great experience with Dr. Zia, and all the staff. I can often be critical and not satisfied with how doctors appointments go, but Dr. Zia was just beyond amazing. He was really thorough, detail oriented, friendly, and listened to all my concerns. He took his time, did not rush the appointment, and I got all my questions answered and concerns listened to. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly too, which is rare in my experience but everything went so smoothly. Definitely recommend and will absolutely keep him as my PCP.

Dr. Zia was the best primary care doctor I've ever seen. So many doctors in this city won't give you the time of day, but Dr. Zia listened to everything I had to say, responded thoughtfully and directly, and seemed intent on treating me as a human being, not only as a set of symptoms. He was polite and genial. The staff of the office was uniformly excellent. They even gave me a few crackers to eat before getting bloodwork because I mentioned I hadn't eaten that day.

Dr Zia is wonderful! I moved to NYC ~ 2.5 years ago and has almost given up on finding a decent primary care doctor, Dr Zia changed it all. I only with all doctors were like him. Honest, quality time and meaningful discussion about my health and challenges.
