About Alicia Brown

Alicia Brown is a certified physician assistant who specializes in medical and surgical dermatology. Born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania, she attended college at the University of South Carolina, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology in 1998. She also completed an internship with the University of South Carolina Physical Therapy Department. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at DeSales University in 2000. Alicia elected to specialize in dermatology, serving as a physician assistant at a practice in New Smyrna Beach prior to joining Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. Alicia is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice medicine through the Florida Board of Medicine. She has several years of experience performing skin cancer surgeries and cosmetic procedures, including BOTOX® Cosmetic and Juvéderm® and Restylane® Dermal Fillers. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
