“Alicia Geary in my opinion is the BEST! I feel she cares about her patients, she listens, she’s animate about helping you, she works hard, she always gets my prescriptions sent out to be filled and ensures I have everything I need. She has such a positive attitude, amazing energy, enthusiasm to help, to solve problems.
She triple checks everything and is very dedicated and detailed. For all the years she has been my physician, she strives to help the best she can and I have no complaints or concerns. If she can’t find an answer, she’ll refer you to another physician who can help. It’s understandable no one has the answers to everything but I can always count on Alicia Geary to ensure my health is the best it can be considering, it is my responsibility. I definitely would not anyone else for my care and health. Alicia Geary is great and again, is just an outstanding, honest, caring, amazing, just a great physician anyone is blessed to have. ”

“My experiences and interactions with Alicia have been excellent. She is professional yet personable and has made me feel comfortable, which is not easy for me. Alicia explains things clearly, whether it be about a medical condition or the process of a procedure, she makes sure I understand. What I like most about having Alicia as my care provider is that I feel heard. She listens and remembers certain details, which is something I think is really important and a quality that is hard to find these days. After not seeing a provider for many years, I had anxiety about getting medical care. I'm grateful that I was referred to Beacon Primary because Alicia had made this whole process much less stressful that I anticipated & I appreciate that so much!”

Alicia Geary, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality primary care to patients of all ages. With a strong commitment to family practice, she specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic support for individuals and families, with particular compassion for underserved and less fortunate populations.
Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University in 2012 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in 2020. She brings valuable clinical experience to her practice and currently serves as a nursing instructor at Colorado Mesa University, where she helps train the next generation of nurses. She is proud to be part of a faculty whose Practical Nursing (LPN) program is ranked #1 in the nation.
Known for her warm and patient-centered approach, Alicia believes in empowering patients through education, shared decision-making, and accessible care. She is passionate about addressing health disparities and supporting those who need it most.
Outside of her professional roles, Alicia’s greatest joy is being a mom. When she isn’t caring for patients or teaching, she can be found creating adventures and making memories with her children.
