I was looking for a primary Dr. I found Alicia on Zocdoc. I never received a confirmation on my appointment but called the office and left a message. I received a call later that afternoon to confirm. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I felt at ease when I came in. The Dr. Alicia was professional and seemed caring and very willing to help me. I plan on keeping her as my doctor.

Her office staff is rude and Dr Hall is money hungry... she made me pay all of my deductible before she would see me and I was sick in her office with bronchitis...TERRIBLE DOCTOR

I filled out paperwork online when I booked the appt through zocdoc, then again through their patient portal. About two hours later, their office called and I gave them the same info. Filled out the same paperwork when I got the office, then again with the lab tech. Once I finally saw the dr 40 minutes after my appt time, I answered the same questions again.
8/23/17 appointment. I get billed copay everytime i come to the doctors office so i expect my time to be respected. My appointment was at 1:30....did not see the the doctor until 2:30 had to be back at work for 3 for an important meeting . How do you come into a follow up asking the patient what the follow up was about or not know why you sent off labs for the patient . The doctor was unprepared point blank period. This was ridiculous and unprofessional and I will be changing my PCP

The whole was very nice and friendly
This was a great experience and I enjoyed the staff. I'm new to the area and don't know enough people to ask for input on this subject from my peers. So armed with only the internet and my network providers list I seem to have stumbled across an excellent practice.

I saw the other doctor in this office, and he was absolutely horrible. Super rude, did not look me in the eye once. He kept interrupting me, and his tone was making me feel like he didn't care about what I was saying. I absolutely could not believe it. I actually ended up leaving during the appointment because he was being so disrespectful. For sure the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.

Awesome
Great doctor, paid attention to my concerns.

I enjoyed my visit. I felt like she took time to hear my concerns, give feedback, and take steps right away to investigate my issues. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Hall seemed to care less about my issue and more about showing me her Facebook page. I went for specific issues I was having she made some suggestions and said if I was still having issues, come back and we can proceed with tests. While I was there she took blood for a physical. Fine, so far so good. Wrong! When I went back for test results and to let her know that I was still having the same issue, she asked me how did the medication go that I was given for my infection. What infection? No one gave me a prescription! I was so confused because no one informed me of any infection and I was not given a prescription. The look on her face let me know that she knew she had messed up. I was calm and I asked about this "infection" and she took a urine sample and said nothing came up so don't worry about it. At this point, I was concerned about not only her professionalism but her accuracy with these tests. I then told her I was still having the same problem that I came to her about before. She told me to schedule another appointment to discuss it. What?! Another appointment? This was the other appointment! She insisted on showing me her little Facebook page that she has set up for her office. She acted as if she didn't have time to discuss my medical concerns but she had plenty of time to show me a Facebook page. I was outdone. It gets better. About 2 weeks ago, someone from her office called me to ask if I was interested in some new testing of the DNA. The woman said I qualified for the test due to my asthma and diabetes. First of all, when did I get asthma AND diabetes?! I told her she had the wrong patient because I don't have neither of those illnesses. She insisted that she had the right person. For a split second, ONLY for a split second I panicked because I have family members with the disease and no one wants to be diagnosed with diabetes. Then I came to my senses and told her she was wrong because I had just had a physical and my numbers were great. She put me on hold and then said she had me confused with my family's medical history and not my own. Seriously?! Are you kidding me?! I will never set foot in Dr. Alicia Hall's office again. Terrible experience. Of course I called back to speak to the office manager and left a message and of course I didn't get a returned phone call. I would NOT recommend this woman for anything. EVER. IN LIFE.

Dr. Hall was wonderful! She had a holistic and whole-person approach to my appointment, and wonderful bedside manner. Definitely recommend!
My visit was good. They saw me right away. But after the nurse took my vitals I did wait 30-40 minutes for the doctor, which was way too long.
She was excellent. She thoroughly investigated all the issues presented and asked thoughtful follow up questions. She was kind and courteous, just a wonderful physician overall.
