She further advanced her training by earning a post-master’s certificate in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Brenau University, completing rotations in the Medical ICU at Grady Memorial Hospital and Cardiology Critical Care/CCU at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Alicia began her NP career at Doctors Hospital of Augusta as a night-shift admitter before expanding into locums practice throughout Georgia. As an APRN, she has worked extensively across hospital medicine, critical care, and emergency medicine, holding multiple direct and subcontracted assignments. Inspired by her clinical experiences and entrepreneurial background, Alicia founded WeightWise Medical Clinic P.C. and Thrive Women’s Primary Care Clinic P.C. in Vinings, Georgia. She now provides evidence-based weight management, primary care, concierge medicine, gynecology, and wellness services, offering both in-person and telehealth care. Her mission is to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and relationship-centered healthcare that empowers women to thrive.
