What should a new client know about working with you?

I have had 15+ years of experience in the mental health field. 12+ years of which I have provided psychotherapy services. I have also had over a year of experience in the clinical research field. At this time, my intention is to use dance and meditation (instead of psychotherapy) to guide those who desire to restore themselves and reach a higher level of authenticity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Although I have used various interventions and modalities throughout my career life, for the majority of it, I have been very client centered and solution focused. Intuitively picking up on where the client is and challenging them to go a bit further and reminding them not to discredit themselves if they cannot.
