I was very impressed by Allison. She was very friendly very knowledgeable. Very willing to help you find more affordable products to help your feet. She made me very comfortable. I took extra business cards to hand out to my coworkers who like me stand on cement floors all day, and I have many problems with their feet ankles, as well as back, etc.

I had my first visit with Dr. Croughan and it went great. I was greeted warmly by her staff and taken to a treatment/exam room which was very comfortable. Met Dr. Croughan who was professional, friendly and took the time to explain to me her observations in a manner that was easy to understand. She explained the treatment she advised and was terrific.

Doctor Crougan was very nice, knowledgeable and is sending me for tests to figure out why my ankles are swollen. Dr. Croughan is phenomenal!! She is extremely easy to talk to, very professional, intelligent, and really listens to your concerns. She explains everything thoroughly and in detail! I had been dealing with a stubborn plantar wart for the past 2+ years and have been to other dermatologists and podiatrists that never seemed to be able to clear it up after many many treatments. Dr. Croughan is the first doctor to actually help and genuinely cared about getting rid of it. After only a couple visits it’s almost completely resolved! I HIGHLY recommended her to anyone thinking about scheduling an appointment here. I’m so glad I found her and will continue to come here for my podiatry needs!

Dr. C and her office staff were absolutely fantastic. they were very attentive to all our needs and helped out where we needed it. The office staffed helps us with insurance troubles, notes for school and more. Everyone has the best bed side manner and i could not speak any more highly of this office.

The team was incredibly friendly and efficient. The woman who initially brought me into the exam room was very kind and helped me to figure out what to ask the doctor (my first time at a real foot doctor, so that was appreciated). Dr Croughan was polite and extremely approachable and non-judgmental. I felt like I had known her for years, honestly. She helped with options for a plantar's wart and some calluses. She also recommended preventative measures for avoiding the calluses in the future. Zero shame in getting safe pedicures, which was refreshing to hear - she said treat yourself if it makes you feel nice (just be careful). I ended up with new insoles and house slippers, which were recommended, but not forced on me. Highly recommend!!!!
